Background

 

We at Arrka shared the following inputs with our clients & other interested parties to help them address the current pandemic challenge.

 

The document is in two parts:

 

Pandemic Response

Should a pandemic occur, the Coordinator will, after consultation with knowledgeable health officials, implement the following steps, as deemed necessary:

deployed at different work schedules (e.g. Team 1 working in the office at alternate weeks, while Team 2 telecommutes). Team 1 and Team 2 should be physically segregated to avoid the risk of infection between teams

 

Testing the Pandemic Plan

The CEO directs the BCP Coordinator to conduct an annual assessment of the Pandemic Response Plan and submit its findings to the board with the Pandemic Coordinator’s and individual managers’ responses to exceptions.

 

 

Preventive actions at workplace

The measures below will help prevent the spread of infections in your workplace, such as colds, flu and stomach bugs and protect your customers, contractors and employees.  Employers should start doing these things now, even if COVID-19 has not arrived in the communities where they operate. They can reduce lost working days due to illness, and stop/slow the spread of COVID-19.

Make sure your workplaces are clean and hygienic

Promote regular and thorough hand-washing by employees

Screen all Visitors for Covid-19 Symptoms

Scenarios to be dealt with for Virus like H1N1, Covid etc

Scenario 1 : Employee returning from abroad (Business/ Personal Travel)

Scenario 2 – Employee shows symptoms at Workplace

Scenario 3 – Employee tested positive for Virus within the same building/ IT park / proximity

Offices in same building are not at risk as Covid-19 does not spread in the following scenarios
